- The below Terms & Conditions shall apply to this lot in addition to the General Terms & Conditions of Pioneer Auctions.
- This lot will be sold “as is where is” to the highest bidder in the auction, in its current condition and place as per the quantity and size as listed against the item.
- An Administration Fee of AED 500 is applicable for lots up to AED 100,000/- & AED 1000 for lots above AED 100,000/-.
- This lot will be awarded to the Highest Bidder, only upon receiving the approval from the seller for the High Bid Amount, which will be notified via mail or message. If not approved, the lot will be either removed from the auction or rerun in the future auction.
- The Highest Bidder should complete the full payment for this lot within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date of approval.
- A Security Deposit of 20% of the Bid Amount has to be made by the Buyer, which is will be refunded in full after the receipt of confirmation from the seller once the item is removed from the site.
- In case of non-payment of the full payment within the specified duration, a late fee of AED 200 per day will be applicable for the next 10 days, after which the lot will be automatically removed from the highest bidder’s account and the Security Deposit will be forfeited.
- Any document, pertaining to the lot (if any) will be available in maximum 10 working days after the completion of full payment to Pioneer Auctions.
- It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, inspect, or investigate on the lot before placing the bids and Pioneer Auctions will not be liable for any claims made post completion of sale.
- The Buyer is responsible to collect the items from the Seller’s location within the specified period, failing which, Pioneer Auctions reserves the right to charge AED 500 per day as storage fee until the time, the materials were fully removed from site.
