    1. This lot will be sold “as is where is” to the highest bidder in the auction, in its current condition and place as per the quantity and size as listed against the item.
    2. This lot will be awarded to the Highest Bidder, only upon receiving the approval from the seller for the Highest Bid Amount, which will be notified via mail or message. If not approved, the lot will be either removed from the auction or rerun in the future auction.
    3. The Highest Bidder should complete the full payment for this lot within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date of approval.
    4. A Security Deposit of 20% of the Bid Amount has to be made by the Buyer, which will be refunded in full after the receipt of confirmation from the seller once the item is removed from the site.
    5. In case of non-payment of the full payment within the specified duration, a late fee of AED 2000 per day will be applicable for the next 10 days, after which the lot will be automatically removed from the highest bidder’s account and the Security Deposit will be forfeited.
    6. Any document, pertaining to the lot (if any) will be available in maximum 10 working days after the completion of full payment to Pioneer Auctions.
    7. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, inspect, or investigate on the lot before placing the bids and Pioneer Auctions will not be liable for any claims made post completion of sale.
    8. Failure to start the work will result in a penalty of AED 1000 per day, starting after the completion of the required NOC’s.
    9. The Buyer is also responsible for installing a brand-new hoarding before starting the work.
