1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation in online auctions hosted by Pioneer Auctions for customers in Saudi Arabia, including the purchase, payment, and shipping of vehicles.

1.2 By participating in any online auction hosted by Pioneer Auctions, you (the "Customer") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Pioneer Auctions will answer all queries to the best of its knowledge. If test reports are available, they will be presented on the auction platform. However, Pioneer Auctions does not take any responsibility for the condition, specifications, or any other aspects of the vehicles listed.

2. Bidding Process & Payment

2.1 Customers may place bids on vehicles listed in online auctions through the Pioneer Auctions platform.

2.2 Once a bid is approved by Pioneer Auctions, the Customer will be required to make full payment for the vehicle, which includes:
• The purchase price of the vehicle.
• A buyer fee of AED 1,000, payable to Pioneer Auctions.
• The shipping costs (as indicated on the platform, subject to change).

2.3 The Customer is responsible for any documentation fees, which may include but are not limited to vehicle registration, export certificates, and any paperwork required for shipment or customs processing.

2.4 Payment Instructions and Penalties:
• All payments must be made in full within 3 UAE working days of bid approval. Failure to do so will result in a charge of AED 100 per day for up to 7 days.
• If payment is not received within this 7-day period, the Customer’s security deposit will be forfeited, and the vehicle will be reauctioned.
• The payment of the buyer fee, shipping costs, and documentation fees is mandatory.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the auction platform. Once payment is confirmed, Pioneer Auctions will forward the information to our partner shipping company for processing.

• Border Fees - Carrier: As per Receipt
• AED 550 Border Fees - Recovery Service Charges: AED 262.5
• Clearance Handling

Above Rates exclude the following:
• Export & RTA Papers
• Inspection Service
• VAT
• Taxes
• Custom Duties
• Detention and Delay charges upon Borders Clearance
• Marine Insurance
• Al Batha Customs Clearance Charges will be excluded and as per receipt, however, it should be raised by clearing agent in Al Batha directly.

3. Shipping

3.1 After receiving full payment, Pioneer Auctions will forward the Customer’s details to our partner shipping company for processing.

3.2 It is the Customer's responsibility to verify with Saudi Arabian authorities regarding the eligibility of the vehicle for importation into Saudi Arabia. Pioneer Auctions does not assume responsibility for any issues related to customs, importation, or other local regulations.

3.3 Shipping prices provided on the platform are an estimate and may be subject to change based on the final weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the vehicle. Final shipping costs will be confirmed during processing.

3.4 Insurance: If the Customer wishes to insure the vehicle during shipment, it is their responsibility to arrange and obtain suitable insurance coverage. In such cases, the Customer must share the insurance documentation with the shipping company before shipment. If the Customer does not wish to purchase insurance, the vehicle will be shipped without coverage.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer is responsible for:
• Ensuring that all payments, including the buyer fee, purchase price, shipping fees, documentation fees, and any other related charges, are made promptly and in full.
• Verifying that the vehicle is eligible for importation into Saudi Arabia and meeting all applicable import laws and regulations.
• Any and all expenses related to VAT, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by UAE or Saudi Arabian authorities.
• Removing the vehicle within 48 hours once the documents are available. If the vehicle is not removed within this period, a storage fee of AED 100 per day will be applied.

4.2 Pioneer Auctions is not responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, delays, or costs incurred due to the Customer’s failure to comply with Saudi Arabian regulations.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

5.1 The Customer is solely responsible for any payments related to customs duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by authorities in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.

5.2 Pioneer Auctions makes no representations regarding the applicability or amount of such charges and recommends that the Customer contact the relevant authorities in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia for clarification.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping times may vary, and delays can occur due to factors such as customs processing, logistical constraints, or other third-party services.

6.2 Pioneer Auctions and its partner shipping company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but will not be liable for any delays or damages incurred during transit.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Pioneer Auctions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will apply to all auctions after the change date.

8.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the auction, the Customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
